At One Spoiled Dog Treat Co, we take pride in offering high-quality products for your furry friends. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used dog food and treats are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

We will provide shipping labels for customers for returns
